Service Terms

Because we offer an express service, our videos are shot in 4K with iPhones using gimbals and drones so please check our portfolio to make sure that the quality of the videos meet your required standards.

The 24 hour turnaround service only applies to properties and projects within a 10 mile radius of Sheffield, South Yorkshire. However, if your project is outside that radius please get in touch to discuss how we can tailor a package to fulfil your requirements.

Each video will be delivered to you via email using WeTransfer within 24 hours of the shoot and the service includes a free re-edit if you'd like to make changes to the final video.

Because we provide an express video service we can't deliver professional photos of the property but with our 72-hour service we can supply screen shots of the video which can be used for social media and marketing purposes.

Once the date / location / time of the shoot are confirmed we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking via a Stripe payment link. The balance is then required on completion of the video being delivered to the client.

Once the project has been completed and the full payment has been received, the client becomes to owner of the video.
